Product Overview
Our company uses environmentally friendly silver-coated copper slurry as the basic material of RFID antennas to develop related equipment and processes. Currently, it can carry out mass production, including the production and equipment development of UHF, HF related antennas, some flexible circuit boards and other products. All of the above have been demonstrated through multiple line-type experimental production demonstrations. Among them, RFID antenna products have begun mass production, shipment and delivery.

In addition to our company's standardized reliability test items, other reliability tests are conducted according to customer requirements. If third-party reliability test results are required, we can also negotiate to send samples for testing.

Except for the routine items controlled by our company (see our product quality testing standards for details), other special items requiring shipment testing shall be pointed out in writing and provided with inspection records and reports.

Storage
We provide roll-to -roll printing products. Pay attention to what should be taken during secondary product processing, such as sharp edges and the drum. All roll machinery work should be ground. Antistatic materials should be used in contact with the drum, using an electrostatic discharge system.
The printed roll product should be stored in sealed condition; the storage temperature is between -40 and 85 ℃ (- 40... +185 °F), with humidity of 40-80% RH. The shelf life of printed roll material is recommended to be less than 12 months.
Recycling
Our printed conductive circuits and their derivative products must be scrapped in compliance with local environmental protection regulations.
Important value metals can also be recycled, such as silver, copper and other metals. The recycling process can be carried out by physical or chemical methods. Its standard extraction process and materials must also comply with relevant process specifications.
