Water-based High Conductive Paste 

Typically, the antennas for UHF RFID are constructed from etched copper or aluminum. This etching process, however, generates chemical waste. In an effort to mitigate these environmental impacts, the use of printed silver paste has gained popularity due to its more environmentally friendly production method. Nonetheless, printed silver paste RFID antennas face two main challenges: they exhibit lower conductivity compared to traditional metal antennas, and the material costs are significantly higher. DIT has innovatively developed water-based high conductive paste, including environmentally friendly water-based conductive silver paste and environmentally friendly water-based conductive silver-coated copper paste.

Environmentally friendly water-based conductive silver paste

Designed for screen printing techniques, this product features high conductivity and excellent printability, without the use of organic solvents. It is environmentally friendly, posing low safety and health risks, and dries quickly at low temperatures, promoting energy conservation and environmental protection. The paste is clean, odorless, offers strong adhesion, good durability, and has a broad range of applications. It is particularly suitable for various substrates including paper, fabric, ceramics, PI, PET, etc. Adhering to ROHS 2.0 standards (free from harmful substances such as Pb and Cd), it stands out for its unique advantages, making it the preferred choice for manufacturing products that meet ESG requirement.

Environmentally friendly water-based conductive silver-coated copper paste

The replacement of pure silver is very cost-effective. It can be used in a wide range of paper-based, cloth-based, PI, PET and other material manufacturers. Through screen printing technology, it manufactures the world's leading RFID paper-based printing antennas, film switches, 3C electronic product circuits and other products. It has the unique advantages of environmental protection, high-efficiency printing, high conductivity, non-corrosive damage to the substrate, good adhesion, and ROHS 2.0 requirements (excluding Pb, Cd and other harmful substances). It is the first choice for the manufacture of ESG compliance product.
